sunshine0221's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cat Update Cat Update Today when I came home for lunch, black kitty was there. He came to me when I called him, and I gave him a piece of fish. I ran inside and called the Vet, and made sure I could bring him in right then, and then went outside, put him in the cat carrier, and took him over to the Vet. His eye is really hurt, and he will almost certainly be blind in that eye. So he is getting all checked out, and neutered, and shots, and whatever else he needs. He is a very sweet cat, and deserves a very good home. In other animal news, Coworker brought her dog to work yesterday, and he went under the porch after an animal and wouldn't come out, so after 4 hours Coworker had to call her son to come take the porch apart to get her doggie out. We are not going to mention this to the Boss when he returns from the show. Shhhhhhh. The other day, when I arrived at work, I discovered that someone had left The Boss a pie. Outside his door. Of course something had been eating it, which is a shame, because it looked like a really good pie. Coworker and I seriously considered eating the part that hadn't been chewed on, but decided that the risk of getting raccoon fever, or pie rabies exceeded the benefits. 11:27 p.m. - April 21, 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
